U.S. Treasury: Trump Targeted Russia’s Largest Oil Companies
The US Treasury Department claims that the President has targeted Russia’s largest oil companies with sanctions.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency adn Al Jazeera, the US Treasury Department stated that President Donald Trump has taken a significant step by imposing sanctions on Russia’s largest oil firms.
The department asserted that Russian oil sales have fallen to their lowest levels in recent years.
It further claimed this move helps weaken russian President Vladimir Putin’s war machine.
The Treasury added it is prepared to take additional measures if necessary to stop indiscriminate killings in Ukraine.
