Al-Sudani: Iraq Will Not Become a Sphere of Influence for Any Country
Iraqi Prime Minister emphasizes the country’s strong ties with regional governments.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,quoting Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera,Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani asserted that Iraq will never be a ground for any country’s influence.
He added, “We view our relations with all countries with respect and maintain strong ties with regional states.”
Al Sudani also stated, “Our relationship with the United States is based on mutual interests.”
Regarding his candidacy for a second term, he said, “Running for a second term is less about personal desire and more about readiness to fulfill the responsibilities we have already begun.”
