Lithuania: Russian Military Facilities on NATO’s Eastern Flank Heighten Threats

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Claims: Expansion of Russian Military Facilities on NATO’s Eastern Flank Heightens Risks
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys said Tuesday that Russia is using hybrid and provocative tactics that threaten the stability of Europe, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera.
Speaking to Al Jazeera, the lithuanian foreign minister added that the expansion of Russian military facilities along NATO’s eastern flank increases security risks.
It should be noted that Russia has reinforced its positions along its borders with Europe in response to provocative actions by Western actors, particularly some European countries. Brussels has used these measures as a pretext for what it describes as exploited Russophobia.
