White House: Trump to Sign Bill Releasing Epstein Documents

The White House announced that ​the U.S. president will⁣ sign the bill ⁤to release documents related to Jeffrey Epstein’s case (the notorious billionaire and sex trafficker).

According to the‌ English ⁢section of webangah⁢ News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Barron’s magazine, the White House⁢ declared that President Donald‌ Trump intends to sign a congressional bill requiring the Department of Justice to release Jeffrey Epstein’s files.

A senior White House official told Barron’s that the​ bill⁢ will be signed instantly upon reaching the White House.

Johnson Voices Concern Over Speedy Approval of Epstein Document Release

At a ‍formal dinner ⁣held last‌ night at⁤ the White House,⁢ Mike‍ Johnson, ‌Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, expressed his deep disappointment with ⁣the Senate’s decisive approval of the law ⁣mandating public⁣ disclosure of⁣ Epstein-related documents.

He added that ⁣this ​legislation passed without considering amendments​ he and other House ‍Republicans had previously proposed.

Both chambers of Congress have supported measures compelling ‍the Department of Justice to disclose records connected to Epstein.

The documents concerning Epstein’s network remain a central⁣ point in U.S. ⁢political‍ debates,with members‍ from both Democratic and Republican parties accusing each other‌ of ‍ties to his infamous human trafficking operation.

U.S. media reported that Trump ​is expected ‍to sign the document release bill late Tuesday or wednesday. After ‍initially hesitating, Trump has ultimately agreed in favor of making these documents public.
