UK Defence Secretary: We Monitored Movements of Russian Spy Ship
The UK Secretary of Defense announced that Russian spy ship movements have been monitored in the coastal waters off northern Scotland.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr news Agency via Al-Nashra,UK Secretary of Defense Ben Wallace stated,”We have tracked a Russian spy ship in our waters off northern Scotland.”
He added, “Options to respond to Russian spy ships are ready should they pose a threat.”
The statement comes amid escalating tensions between the two countries following the war in Ukraine.
Last month, British domestic intelligence also warned about potential espionage activities.
