Trump Signs Congressional Bill Releasing Epstein Case Files

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, U.S. president Donald Trump announced on his social media platform Truth Social that he has signed a congressional bill requiring the Department of Justice to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein, the infamous billionaire and sex trafficker.
The president endorsed the legislation passed by both the House of Representatives and Senate mandating that Epstein’s case files be made public.
Both chambers of Congress supported this measure compelling the Department of Justice to disclose documents connected to Epstein.
The documents are expected to be released within 30 days.
On truth Social, President Trump wrote: ”Under my direction, the Department of Justice has already provided approximately 50,000 pages of documents to Congress. Remember, Biden’s management has not submitted a single file or page concerning Jeffrey Epstein – who was a Democrat – nor have they even discussed him. This bill passed with an ‘almost unanimous’ vote after my direct request to House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune.” he added that Epstein was indicted in 2019 by his own administration (not Democrats) and described him as “a full-fledged Democrat” who donated thousands of dollars to Democratic politicians.
Epstein’s communications continue sparking political controversy in Washington, with members from both Democratic and Republican parties accusing each other of ties with his notorious human trafficking network.
