Human Rights Watch Calls for Netanyahu to Be Prosecuted for War Crimes

According to teh English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera network, Human Rights Watch declared today, Thursday, that the forced displacement of residents from three refugee camps in the West Bank by Israel during January and February 2025 amounts to war crimes and crimes against humanity. Senior Israeli officials, including Netanyahu, Katz, and others, should face examination and legal action for committing these offenses.
The statement from Human Rights Watch added that governments should impose targeted sanctions on the occupying Israeli authorities and take immediate measures to pressure them into ending their oppressive policies. Israel forcibly displaced 32,000 Palestinians from their homes in refugee camps across the West Bank without allowing them to return. Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinians attempting to reach their homes while sealing all entrances to the three camps. Satellite images reveal that over 850 houses and buildings across these camps have been destroyed or severely damaged. Initial satellite assessments indicate that 1,460 structures were affected within these three refugee camps.
