NBC: 28-Article Plan to Resolve Ukraine Conflict Approved

According to the english section‍ of webangah News Agency, citing​ Mehr⁤ News ⁣Agency, NBC reported on Thursday that a senior U.S. government official confirmed President Donald Trump approved ‍a 28-article proposal this week aimed at ​settling the dispute ‌in Ukraine.

The plan was reportedly developed confidentially by senior ⁣U.S.officials,in consultation with Kirill Dmitriev,head of Russia’s direct Investment Fund,and Ukrainian authorities. It focuses on providing security guarantees ⁢to both parties as a foundation ‌for lasting⁣ peace.

Additionally, The⁢ Wall Street​ journal⁤ reported that⁤ under this‌ proposal, Ukraine woudl have to agree to refrain from joining⁤ NATO for at least several years.
