France Condemns Israeli Ceasefire Violation in Gaza; Sanctions Russia

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, France’s Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced on Thursday that the European Union will approve new sanctions against Russia today. Peace negotiations in Ukraine must begin with a ceasefire along the contact lines. We are working to increase pressure on Russia by initiating talks on the twentieth round of sanctions.
Barrot continued: We condemn Israel’s violation of the ceasefire in Gaza. all parties must fully adhere to the US peace plan for Gaza, which has been endorsed by the United Nations.We are ready to deploy 100 troops as part of an international peacekeeping force in the Gaza strip.
Jean-Noël Barrot added that due to violations of the ceasefire in Sudan, proposed sanctions will target the deputy commander of Rapid Support Forces. The crimes committed by these forces shoudl not go unpunished.
He also noted that conditions in Sudan, especially in El Fasher, are deteriorating rapidly.
