Bloomberg: Zelensky Forced to Accept Agreement Reached with Russian Consultation

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, Bloomberg reported on Thursday that ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has received signals from the United States suggesting he should accept a deal reached in consultation with Moscow aimed at privately ending the conflict.
Bloomberg added, citing informed sources, that today in Kyiv, Zelensky will hold talks with U.S. officials led by Defense Secretary Dan Driscoll.
This comes as Euronews reported that this plan-first revealed by the American news outlet Axios-includes terms highly unfavorable to Ukraine. These include full surrender of Donbas territory, which Russian forces have failed to completely control, and restrictions on the size of Ukraine’s armed forces. In exchange, the U.S. would provide security guarantees for Kyiv and Europe against future Russian aggression.
Earlier, NBC cited a senior U.S. management official reporting that President Donald Trump approved a 28-point plan this week aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
The plan was drafted confidentially by senior U.S. officials in coordination with Kirill Dmitriev, head of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund, and Ukrainian authorities. It focuses on providing security assurances to both sides to ensure lasting peace.
The wall Street Journal also reported that under this plan Ukraine must agree to refrain from joining NATO for several years.
