Lavrov and Araqchi Hold Talks
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the Russian Foreign Minister held talks with his Iranian counterpart on regional security.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing RIA Novosti via Mehr News Agency, Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on Thursday that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke by phone with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi regarding regional security issues.
The Russian Foreign Ministry website added that on November 20, Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation with Abbas Araghchi.
The statement from the ministry emphasized that regional security was the main topic of their discussion.
