Trump’s Plan for a Ceasefire in Ukraine Detailed

According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Mehr News agency and Rossiya Al-Youm, Ukrainian sources claim to have obtained a 28-point US peace proposal aimed at establishing a ceasefire in Ukraine.
The alleged US plan includes the following provisions:
Conditional security guarantees for Ukraine;
Ukraine will enshrine neutrality and renunciation of NATO membership in its constitution, with NATO confirming that Ukraine will never join the alliance;
The size of Ukraine’s armed forces will be limited to 600,000 personnel;
Ukraine will remain a non-nuclear country;
The sovereignty of Russia over Crimea and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and luhansk People’s Republics will be recognized;
The kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions along the conflict line will be subject to a “frozen” military status;
A demilitarized buffer zone under Russian control will be established;
