Russia: Zelensky Refuses to Accept Loss of Ukrainian Cities
Russia’s UN Ambassador stated that Ukraine’s president refuses too accept the loss of cities in the war with Russia and does not order his forces to retreat.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency,Vasily Nebenzya said at a United Nations Security Council meeting on Ukraine that Volodymyr Zelensky commands Ukrainian armed forces to hold their positions until the last soldier and is unwilling to concede any Ukrainian cities.
He added that despite a meaningful number of Ukrainian troops being encircled, heavy casualties, forced mobilization, and dangers facing civilians, Kyiv’s leadership refuses to accept territorial losses and prevents troop withdrawals.
Nebenzya further criticized these tactics as disconnected from battlefield realities and purely political in nature.
