Riyadh Condemns Netanyahu’s Reckless and Destabilizing Regional Policies

The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the Saudi Foreign Ministry’s official website, reported that Riyadh reacted to israel’s destabilizing actions in the region. These include Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to southern Syria accompanied by defense Minister Yisrael Katz and others, and also recent attacks on gaza that breached the ceasefire agreement.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry issued a statement strongly condemning Israel’s violation of Syrian sovereignty and its assaults on the Gaza Strip.
“We condemn the purposeful incursion by the Israeli occupation prime minister and other officials into the border area of southern Syria,wich constitutes a blatant breach of this country’s sovereignty,” the statement declared.
It further condemned “the aggressive attack by the occupying regime against Gaza City and Khan Younis.”
The ministry called on the international community to fulfill its obligation in halting Israel’s violations of international laws and treaties, specifically urging compliance with the recent ceasefire agreement concerning Gaza.
The statement emphasized Saudi Arabia’s insistence on ending Israeli aggression against Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. It reiterated commitment to upholding the 1974 Disengagement Agreement that guarantees regional security, stability, and Syria’s territorial integrity.
