According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Al Emarat Al youm, news outlets reported a powerful earthquake struck Bangladesh early today.
The German Research Center for Geosciences reported that a 5.7 magnitude earthquake hit Bangladesh on Friday.
The centre stated the quake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers underground.
