Zelensky Announces Revision of US Peace Plan for Ukraine

According to teh English section of webangah News Agency, citing Qatar’s Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency, Ukrainian President volodymyr Zelensky stated that 28 provisions from the previously proposed U.S. peace plan are no longer included in the new version. He added that many issues have now been properly incorporated into this revised framework.
Zelensky also said that it is now feasible to implement a practical list of necessary actions to end the war.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign minister confirmed that Ukraine and the United States have succeeded in developing an actionable peace document.
This statement follows remarks by White House spokesperson Karoline Levitt made earlier today regarding Ukraine’s new peace proposal. Levitt acknowledged that some points of disagreement remain within the plan and teams continue working on resolving them.
The White House spokesperson emphasized: “Our teams are working around the clock to secure an agreement in Ukraine.”
Levitt added: “President Trump remains optimistic about reaching a deal and wants it as soon as possible. He trusts his team is doing everything they can to achieve this goal.”
She further noted there is no ongoing sale of weapons directly from the U.S. to NATO for transfer to Ukraine, emphasizing Trump’s desire for an end to the conflict.
“The dialogues between American and Ukrainian delegations have been very constructive and fruitful,” she concluded.
