Zelensky to Visit U.S. for Talks with Trump on “Peace Plan
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will travel to Washington late this month (November) to meet with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, regarding a new “peace plan.”
Rustem Umurov,Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council,emphasized in a social media post the recent constructive and productive talks between Ukrainian officials and U.S. representatives in Geneva. He stated that Kyiv supports donald trump’s efforts to end the war.
The National Security Secretary added that both sides reached a mutual understanding on key terms of the agreement in Geneva. He also expressed anticipation for President Zelensky’s upcoming visit to the United States later this month for talks with President Trump.
