Hashd al-Shaabi Fighter Killed in Western Iraq

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr News Agency and the official website of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization forces, the PMF announced today, Wednesday, that one of its members was martyred while carrying out his duties in al-Anbar province in western Iraq.

Jomaa Ahmed al-Jughayfi, a member of Al-Anbar’s 57th Brigade, was killed by a bomb explosion on a route used by PMF forces in the Jazira desert.

The Popular Mobilization forces​ extended their condolences to​ the family of the ⁢martyr.

The PMF continues its operations to pursue terrorist elements, clear ‌various areas across Iraq, and maintain security.
