Lukashenko to Putin: We Are Ready to Host Ukraine Negotiations
The President of belarus told his Russian counterpart that Minsk is ready to host negotiations to resolve the Ukraine conflict, should Russia wish to do so.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Sputnik via Mehr News Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on Wednesday.
During the meeting, Lukashenko stated that Belarus is prepared to host negotiations for resolving the Ukraine conflict if Russia desires.
The Belarusian president reaffirmed to Vladimir Putin that minsk stands ready to serve as a venue for talks aimed at settling the Ukraine dispute, should Russia be willing.
