Hamas warned of ongoing violations and inhumane acts against heroic Palestinian detainees, supported by firsthand accounts and credible legal reports. These abuses include severe beatings, torture with hot water, attacks using police dogs, and sexual assaults.Such violations constitute full-scale war crimes under international humanitarian law, revealing the murderous nature of the Israeli enemy who operates a system of torture in defiance of international laws and treaties.
The movement emphasized that continued international silence regarding this level of brutal torture-and failure to hold accountable those leaders overseeing these crimes-amounts to an explicit green light for ongoing killings inside detention cells and prisons.
