Israeli Helicopters Fly Over Beit Jann; Death Toll Rises to 13

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency, Syrian Alikhbaria reported that Israeli army helicopters are flying over Beit Jin, a town in the Damascus countryside.
The Syrian outlet also reported that two Israeli tanks and four military vehicles have entered Beit Jin’s outskirts near Damascus.
At the same time, Syria’s Relief and Rescue Association stated that emergency teams remain unable to enter Beit Jin to assist the wounded.
The organization explained that occupying forces continue targeting any movement at the entrances to this area, preventing rescue groups from accessing it-a situation that endangers civilian lives.
A reporter for Syrian Alikhbaria confirmed 13 peopel were killed and 25 injured following an Israeli attack on Beit Jin.
In the early hours of Friday morning, a group of Israeli soldiers entered Beit Jin town.
This time, unlike previous incidents, local youth resisted the Israeli incursion. In a surprise counterattack, six soldiers were seriously wounded; bloodstains remain visible in the streets.
The Israelis abandoned military vehicles during their retreat. These vehicles were later destroyed in an airstrike.
