Crisis in Occupying Army: Netanyahu Drastically Increases Military Budget

The Prime ⁣Minister of the Israeli ‌regime has ‌approved a plan to increase the military budget ‍allocation by 350 billion shekels over a 10-year period.

According to the⁣ English section⁤ of ⁢ webangah News Agency,⁣ citing Watan, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Israeli regime, ​approved a military budget increase amid an intense military ​crisis.

The plan‍ allocates an additional 350 billion shekels to the regime’s defense budget over a decade.

This represents ‌nearly a 70 percent increase compared to ​the‍ military⁣ budget before October ​7.

This decision comes as​ Israel’s army faces significant challenges. According to another report by Haaretz newspaper,it‍ is indeed at ‌a critical⁣ stage marked by ​clear reductions in personnel and⁢ financial resources.‌ This occurs especially‌ as ‌it prepares ‍for possible new​ rounds of ⁤protracted conflict ​on multiple fronts.

Haaretz highlights that⁢ one ‍of the main challenges for the army is a decline in​ professional-level soldiers. Around 600 officers have requested early retirement, reflecting broader issues within units and formations affected by recent war developments.

Additionally, personnel management reports a ‌shortage of about ‌12,000 combat ‍soldiers-a deficit ‍likely to grow⁤ due to ongoing military ​exemption laws for ultra-Orthodox Jews (Haredim).reserve forces have also⁢ been informed their potential call-up⁤ period could rise ⁢up‍ to roughly​ 70⁤ days ‌over the next year.
