China’s Foreign Minister to Visit Russia on December 1

The Chinese Foreign Ministry​ confirmed that Wang Yi,‍ China’s Foreign minister, will travel to Russia on ‍December 1. The visit aims to participate⁣ in the 20th round of Sino-Russian consultations on strategic security issues.

Mao ning, spokesperson for the Chinese ​Foreign Ministry, ⁢stated that⁣ Wang Yi’s trip will take place over two days, December 1 and 2. Though, no further details were provided.

Previously,‌ China’s​ foreign minister described the​ relationship between Russia and China‌ as the most stable, mature, and strategically valuable among major ​contemporary global⁤ powers.
