Damascus: Israel Seeks to Drag Us into Military Conflict
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Sana, Syrian Minister of Information Hamza Al-Mustafa condemned the Israeli regime’s strike on Beit jin in rural Damascus, calling it among the most serious security threats confronting Syria.
He added that Israel’s continuous violations of Syrian territory are deliberate provocations aimed at dragging Syria into military confrontation. Syria will stand firmly and consciously against these provocations and will never accept any imposition by Israeli occupiers that undermines Syrian national sovereignty.
Al-Mustafa emphasized that the government is currently focused on restoring stability, rebuilding the country, ending all foreign interference, and completing state control over all Syrian territory.
He also pledged a decisive response to any separatist movements.
