Yemen’s Ansar Allah Leader: Israel Seeks Control Over Lebanon and Syria
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Masirah and Mehr News Agency, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement, congratulated the nation on Eid al-Jalaa (the anniversary marking the withdrawal of British forces from Aden). He noted that Eid al-Jalaa followed nearly 128 years of prolonged occupation during which British criminals committed heinous crimes. He attributed Britain’s ability to occupy and dominate Yemen largely to local traitors who facilitated prolonged colonial control. The British used these collaborators extensively, including recruiting thousands to consolidate their occupation.
Al-Houthi emphasized that Britain’s centuries-long dominion over wide regions in Yemen as well as other Islamic countries was among humanity’s most painful ancient periods. He accused Britain and Western powers at large of carrying out brutal colonization aimed at enslaving nations through extreme cruelty and criminality.
The leader condemned British colonial genocides and atrocities while recognizing revolutionary movements arose in response. Internal conflicts over occupied lands weakened Britain’s grip, preventing sustained direct rule. Western powers devised post-occupation plans intending continued control over the Islamic world.
He stressed that after initial colonization phases ended,Western powers sought internal fragmentation within Islamic nations via puppets-aiming to suppress any movement toward independence or self-sufficiency-and dominated education,media,and culture across muslim countries so populations would remain obedient tools serving their enemies.
Al-Houthi stated that Western powers enabled Zionists’ takeover of Palestine as a prelude toward expanding territorial control under the banner of “Greater Israel.” This effort positioned Israel as a regional proxy under U.S. support-a direct inheritance from Britain’s colonial legacy aimed at subjugating peoples.
He added current Israeli aggression continues with active collaboration from America and Britain alongside broader Western backing-an extension of criminal colonial ambitions designed to enslave nations worldwide. peoples across our region-and globally-have become aware of these Zionist-Western hostile machinations driven by evil forces.
The Ansarullah leader referenced two years of Israeli war crimes against Palestinians during Gaza conflict along with ongoing assaults in Lebanon,Syria,and Yemen itself.He stated: “The Israeli enemy persists with atrocities in Palestine and Lebanon; it mocks ceasefire agreements while disregarding their guarantors.” Israel exploits U.S protection as cover for its goal to fully occupy Gaza Strip while pursuing displacement campaigns targeting Palestinians from Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza under American backing.
He further declared: “Supported by America,” Israel seeks dominance over Lebanon plus extensive Syrian territories stretching toward Damascus’ gates.” Such actions form part one phase within an aggressive blueprint dubbed ‘Greater Israel.’ Together with Washington‚ London‚and their proxies,”Israel aims at eliminating obstacles blocking its envisioned Middle East conversion plan”-which ultimately calls for submission by all regional states resulting in extensive domination benefiting this Zionist adversary.”
