Maduro: We Will Not Yield to Any Extortion or Threats

Venezuelan President stated that the world is well aware ⁤of ​the harmful consequences resulting from U.S.⁣ military interventions and​ those ⁢of its allies on oil-producing countries, and Caracas will not succumb to extortion or threats.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency ​via almasirah, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro ​responded to escalating tensions with​ the ⁣United States by asserting that‌ Washington aims to seize Venezuela’s vast oil reserves,⁤ which ⁣are the largest on Earth.

Maduro added that the U.S.has deployed multiple military units in the Caribbean region, including more‌ than 14 warships and ⁤15,000 active personnel.

He stated that American forces have conducted over 20 bombing operations against small vessels, resulting in the unlawful ⁣deaths of more than ‌80 people.

The Venezuelan president warned that the world fully understands the damaging aftermath caused by U.S. military interventions and those carried out by⁤ its allies against other‍ oil-producing nations.

Nicolás Maduro emphasized: “We ⁢will not yield to any form of⁢ extortion or ⁢threats and will remain⁢ steadfast in defending our resources.”
