Heliborne Insertion and Renewed Israeli Operations in the West Bank

The Israeli regime began air assault operations by helicopter this morning in two locations within Tubas Governorate in the northern West Bank. Meanwhile, Israeli forces forced Palestinian families to evacuate their homes in the Al-Jabriyat neighborhood of Jenin, also in the northern West Bank, according to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera.
The air operations took place in the Al-Ahrash area and Tubas plain, situated between Aqaba town and Tubas city. Israeli forces have blocked major roads leading into the city with earthen barriers while raiding several Palestinian homes and shops.Drones and helicopters have been extensively involved throughout thes operations.
For several hours, Israeli forces also launched an incursion into Aqaba settlement north of Tubas city. This offensive comes a day after their withdrawal following a consecutive four-day military campaign marked by sabotage and harassment of civilians across the region.
A large number of israeli troops are now deployed throughout Tubas with a curfew imposed until further notice. Military bulldozers have begun sealing off roads and cutting communications within the governorate.
The Tubas Governorate released a statement describing these actions as part of days-long aggressions that caused extensive damage to public and private property along with hundreds injured or detained.
Ahmad Al-Ass’ad, Governor of Tubas, emphasized that Israel is preventing Red Crescent paramedics from reaching injured individuals. He described these Israeli operations as debilitating and held Israel responsible for all consequences suffered by Palestinians.
In response to ongoing violence, education officials announced that all schools and kindergartens across the governorate are suspended indefinitely with remote learning implemented rather.
Moreover, the Israeli army is conducting military activities in Qabatiya town south of Jenin while enforcing restrictions on movement and converting several houses into military posts.
In Jenin itself,occupying forces compelled families residing in Al-Jabriyat neighborhood to evacuate their homes amid continuing raids.
