Israeli Forces Intensify West Bank Operations, Sparking Clashes and Casualties

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli army has been conducting extensive operations in the West Bank for the past week. On Tuesday, roads and checkpoints north and west of Ramallah were closed, stranding thousands of Palestinians.
Near the Atara checkpoint, Israeli forces fatally shot a Palestinian youth, claiming he had wounded two Israeli soldiers with a knife. Separate reports indicate that two other Palestinians were wounded by gunfire near the separation wall.
U.S.-made Apache helicopters reportedly targeted areas in Tubas and Qabatiya with heavy fire. Local sources reported multiple instances of aerial gunfire.
In Nablus, Israeli special forces raided the city, arresting a Palestinian youth named Hassan Mansour and destroying a residential unit belonging to a Palestinian prisoner.
In Jenin, a house was set on fire, and demolition operations continued within the camp.
Official statistics indicate that since the start of the conflict on October 8, 2023, over 1,087 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, with approximately 11,000 injured and over 21,000 arrested.
