Gaza Media Office Condemns Israel’s Systematic Killing of Palestinian Journalists

The Gaza Media Office has strongly condemned the Israeli regime’s systematic killing of Palestinian journalists, urging international action to hold perpetrators accountable. The office also held the Israeli regime, the U.S. government, and allied countries responsible for these crimes.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Gaza Media Office issued a statement Tuesday condemning the Israeli regime’s actions in the systematic killing and assassination of Palestinian journalists. The statement called upon the International Federation of Journalists, the Arab Journalists Union, and global media organizations to condemn these crimes and take action to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The Gaza Media Office also held the Zionist regime, the U.S. government, and allied countries such as Britain, Germany, and France directly responsible for these crimes. It urged the international community to exert serious pressure to stop the genocide and protect journalists.

The Israeli army has violated the ceasefire agreement for the 53rd consecutive day, while military attacks continue in several areas. Since the implementation of the ceasefire on October 10, 2024, 359 Palestinians, mainly women, children, and the elderly, have been killed, and more than 900 have been injured.

Since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023, the Zionist regime, with the support of the United States and Europe, has engaged in widespread killings, destruction, displacement, and detention of Palestinians, disregarding the orders of the International Court of Justice.

This genocide has resulted in more than 240,000 victims, including martyrs and wounded. More than 11,000 people are missing, and hundreds of thousands have been displaced and are facing famine, while a large part of the cities and regions of Gaza have been virtually wiped off the map.
