Iraq Denies Blacklisting Hezbollah and Ansarallah as Terrorist Groups
Iraqi authorities have refuted reports that Hezbollah of Lebanon and Ansarallah of Yemen were added to the country’s list of terrorist organizations. The Committee for Blocking Terrorist Assets denied the news shortly after its initial circulation.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, reports that Iraq had designated Hezbollah and Ansarallah as terrorist groups and moved to freeze their assets within the country have been officially denied. The Committee for Blocking Terrorist Assets swiftly rejected the information following its publication.
