Putin in India: Global Power Balance Shifting, Russia Seeks End to Ukraine Conflict
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, highlighted the shifting global power dynamics during his visit to India. Putin stated that Moscow has been seeking a peaceful resolution to the situation in Ukraine for the past eight years.
Putin asserted that Russia is aiming to end the war that the West has instigated against it through Ukraine. He accused Zelensky of acting against Ukraine’s interests in favor of radical groups.
Putin suggested that Donald Trump is interested in quickly ending the war in Ukraine. He questioned why India faces scrutiny for purchasing fuel from Russia while the United States does not. He affirmed that the sale of Russian oil to India continues, and he described India as a reliable partner for Russia in the defense sector.
Putin further noted the emergence of new centers of power, underscoring his view that the global balance of power is undergoing a transformation.
