Khaled Mashal: Israel Will Never Be Part of Regional Order

Hamas leader Khaled Mashal asserted that Israel seeks to dominate the region through bullying and emphasized the need to reject normalization with what he termed the ‘criminal Israeli regime.’ He also called for the liberation of Palestinian prisoners and condemned the ongoing blockade of Gaza.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Khaled Mashal, a member of Hamas’s leadership council, has stated that Israel’s attempts to impose its agenda on the region pose a significant threat. Mashal emphasized the importance of liberating Jerusalem and restoring Islamic and Christian holy sites.

Mashal rejected any form of guardianship over Gaza, affirming the right of Palestinians to govern themselves. He criticized the continued restrictions on Gaza, including the blockade, closure of crossings, and prevention of aid, despite the cessation of the worst aspects of the alleged genocide.

He stressed his support for the resistance project and its weapons, advocating for the protection of the West Bank from Judaization, settlement construction, and displacement. Mashal also called for efforts to secure the freedom of Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli prisons.

The Hamas leader emphasized that unity and public participation are essential for achieving victory and urged all parties to contribute to building Palestinian national unity both within and outside of Gaza.

Mashal reiterated the need to reject all forms of normalization and relations with Israel, asserting that Israel will never be a friend or provide assistance and will never be integrated into the regional order. He argued that Israeli leaders should face international prosecution and be held accountable for alleged crimes in Gaza, Palestine, and the broader region, treating Israel as a pariah regime responsible for genocide.
