Gaza Death Toll Exceeds 70,000 Amid Ongoing Israeli Attacks

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza reports that over 70,000 people have been killed in the region since October 7, 2023, as a result of attacks by the Israeli military. In the past 48 hours, hospitals received the bodies of six additional victims, and thousands remain missing under the rubble.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has released updated figures on casualties resulting from the Israeli military’s operations in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

The ministry reports that the total number of fatalities has reached 70,354. In addition, the total number of injuries since the start of the conflict is now 171,030.

In the last 48 hours, six bodies were transferred to hospitals, including one individual killed in recent attacks and five recovered from under the rubble. Fifteen new injuries were also reported during this period.

Thousands of people remain missing and are believed to be buried under the rubble throughout the Gaza Strip.

Since the ceasefire was established on October 11, 2025, 367 people have been killed and 953 injured. In addition, the bodies of 624 victims have been recovered from under the rubble during this period.
