Trump Angered by Epstein Document Release, Says Marjorie Taylor Greene

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene said in an interview that Donald Trump became highly angered after she signed off on releasing documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case.
The Republican congresswoman told CBS that she discussed the Epstein files with Trump, and he was “very angry” that she signed the request for their release.
Greene stated that her aim in signing for the release of the Epstein documents was to advocate for the rights of female victims and uncover the truth. She added that Trump was against the release, believing it would be harmful to the public.
Trump had previously supported the release of these documents during his campaign. However, after entering the White House, he altered his stance and urged members of his party not to support the request. Despite this, Greene, along with a few other Republicans including Thomas Massie of Kentucky, signed the request, leading to Trump’s renewed shift in decision and the eventual approval of the law allowing the release of the Epstein documents.
Greene’s stance and her pressure for the release of the files, in opposition to Trump’s wishes, have strained their relationship.
