Iraqi Judiciary Resolves 853 Election Complaints

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council stated on Sunday that the judicial panel overseeing elections has finalized its review of all 853 complaints and objections filed concerning the election outcomes.
In a statement, the judicial council noted that the registered complaints had reached 853, and confirmed that the electoral judicial panel has addressed all submitted grievances against the election results, delivering its final verdicts.
Separately, the Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq reported that no “red complaints” (defined as serious complaints with the potential to affect the outcome) or legal violations that could impact the results were recorded during the recent electoral process.
The commission emphasized that this reflects its full commitment to transparency and integrity throughout all stages of voting, counting, and tabulation.
