The security official noted the surrenders were voluntary, facilitated by direct communication involving families and tribal support.
The official emphasized that the opportunity for repentance and return remains open for other wanted individuals within the designated timeframe. An invitation was extended to these individuals to resolve their situations and reintegrate under established arrangements.
