Lufthansa Halts Military Equipment Shipments to Occupied Territories
German airline Lufthansa has announced the suspension of cargo shipments containing military and security equipment to and from occupied Palestinian territories until further notice, citing regulatory compliance.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Lufthansa, the German air transport company, has suspended the shipment of military and security goods to and from occupied Palestinian territories.
A Lufthansa Cargo spokesperson stated that the company is fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Citing British export control regulations and related sanctions against the “Zionist occupiers,” the spokesperson confirmed that Lufthansa Cargo is currently unable to transport military equipment and parts to or from Tel Aviv, regardless of the route.
