US and Israeli Navies Launch Joint Maritime Exercise

The Israeli Navy has commenced a week-long joint maritime exercise with the United States Fifth Fleet, headquartered in Bahrain, amid heightened regional tensions.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli military announced the start of a joint naval exercise with the U.S. Fifth Fleet, based in Bahrain. The exercise is scheduled to last one week.
The joint drill coincides with statements from the Chief of Staff of the Israeli military, who declared readiness for a surprise war and emphasized the need for vigilance on all fronts. He stated that annual maneuvers simulate the possibility of a surprise attack.
“Eyal Zamir” asserted that Hamas would not be allowed to rebuild its capabilities. He added, “The red line in the Gaza Strip is the new border line, and it will be used as an invasion line if necessary.”
