Kremlin: No Negotiations with the U.S. Currently

The Kremlin announced that while contacts between Moscow and Washington are ongoing, no negotiations are currently underway. Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian President, confirmed this in a statement to reporters.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that while communication channels remain open between Moscow and Washington, formal negotiations have not resumed.
Peskov, the Press Secretary for the Russian President, added that the U.S. approach to diplomacy, specifically the rejection of ‘megaphone diplomacy’, is a positive development. He also noted that Russia has not yet been informed of the outcomes of contacts between the U.S. and Ukraine, specifically between Steve Vitkov and a representative of President Zelensky.
