Russian Forces Launch Offensives on Multiple Fronts in Ukraine, Claims Military Official
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian military is pressing forward with offensives across multiple axes in Ukraine, as stated by a high-ranking military official. Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Army, emphasized during a visit to a war zone that the central forces’ primary mission is to eliminate Ukrainian units near Dymytrov after Krasnoarmiisk’s liberation.
Gerasimov added that Russian troops are currently engaged in offensives on almost all fronts. In Krasnoarmiisk, recently seized by Russian forces, soldiers are conducting patrols of residential areas and providing aid to the local population. Approximately 200 residents have been evacuated to safe zones.
Gerasimov further noted that Russian forces have gained control of the southern district of Dymytrov, which comprises approximately 30% of the city’s total building area.
