Pakistan Issues Stern Warning to Taliban and India Amid Rising Tensions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Pakistan’s new military commander, General Asim Munir, has delivered a strong message to both the Taliban and India, reflecting escalating regional tensions.
Addressing his troops, General Munir stated that the Taliban government in Kabul must decide between aligning with Pakistan or harboring the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which Pakistan refers to as a group of insurgents.
Turning his attention to India, the general warned New Delhi to be mindful of its ambitions, asserting that any act of aggression would be met with a response faster and more forceful than in the past.
Relations between Pakistan and both Afghanistan and India have deteriorated in recent months. Islamabad has repeatedly urged the Afghan Taliban to restrain elements of the TTP operating within Afghanistan’s borders.
Kabul has denied Islamabad’s accusations of supporting the TTP and has countered by accusing Pakistan of interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.
The increasing tension between Kabul and Islamabad has led to a closer relationship between Kabul and New Delhi.
