Cuba Denies U.S. Contact Regarding Venezuela’s Future

Cuba has strongly denied claims of contact with the United States to negotiate the future of Venezuela after Maduro, dismissing media reports as “empty and false.”

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Cuba has refuted allegations regarding discussions with the United States concerning Venezuela’s future leadership, labeling the reports as baseless and untrue.

Havana reaffirmed its steadfast alliance with the Venezuelan government.

Josefina Vidal, Cuba’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, stated in an interview with the Associated Press that Cuba firmly rejects the press reports suggesting communication between officials in Havana and the U.S. administration regarding Venezuela’s internal affairs, dismissing them as entirely false.
