According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an explosion at a wedding celebration in the village of Abdeen, located in the western Daraa countryside in southern Syria, has resulted in 33 injuries. The head of the Daraa Province Health Department, reporting through the SANA news agency, confirmed the casualty figures.

The Syrian health official did not provide further details regarding the circumstances of the explosion.

Concurrently with reports of the blast, Al Jazeera reported that an Israeli military patrol had entered the village of Abdeen, raising questions about a potential connection to the explosion.

At this time, it remains unclear whether the arrival of the Israeli patrol is related to the explosion in the village.
