ISIS Claims Responsibility for Deadly Attack in Syria

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, ISIS has claimed responsibility for a bloody attack in Syria. The terror group’s Amaq news outlet reported that its members attacked Julani forces near Ma’rat al-Nu’man in the suburbs of Idlib, resulting in the deaths of four fighters and injuries to another.
The news outlet claimed the terrorist elements returned to their positions successfully.
The Syrian Interior Ministry announced on Sunday that at least four members of the Julani forces were killed in an armed attack in Ma’rat al-Nu’man, located in the southern suburbs of Idlib.
The ministry reported that security forces have initiated an operation to search the area to find the perpetrators of the attack.
Syria has been plagued by armed clashes and internal tensions since the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
