Egypt Calls for Continued Nuclear Talks with Iran

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Egypt has called for the continuation of discussions regarding Iran’s nuclear program. During a telephone conversation, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Aty spoke with Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and emphasized Cairo’s position on the need for ongoing coordination and cooperation with the agency.
Abdel-Aty stated that current efforts aimed at building trust and creating a foundation for continued cooperation between Iran and the IAEA should be sustained.
He elaborated that this process would pave the way for comprehensive political solutions and the resumption of negotiations, leading to an agreement that serves the interests of all parties and enhances regional security and stability.
Director General Grossi had previously announced that negotiations with all parties to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue are ongoing.
