Erdogan Praises Hamas’ Approach in Gaza, Blames Israel for Syrian Instability

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated on Tuesday that the “aggressive actions of the Zionist occupiers” against Syria are the biggest obstacle to the country’s security and stability.
Speaking at the 16th Conference of Turkish Ambassadors in Ankara, Erdogan elaborated that Israel’s actions in Syria constitute a significant hindrance to the long-term stability of the region.
Erdogan further indicated that Ankara is providing guidance for the implementation of the March 10, 2025, agreement between the Julani regime and the Syrian Democratic Forces, warning that delays could escalate into a crisis in Syria.
He also addressed the situation in Gaza, noting the distress of mothers, wives, and children searching for loved ones or awaiting news. He mentioned that despite limitations, the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza is progressing, with Turkey’s contributions exceeding 103,000 tons. Erdogan acknowledged Hamas’ composed approach, highlighting its role in preserving the ceasefire despite increasing violations by Israel.
