Ansarallah Leader Condemns Quran Desecration, Calls for Mass Protests

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, leader of the Ansarallah movement in Yemen, has strongly condemned the recent desecration of the Quran in the United States, calling it a Zionist-Jewish act of war. Al-Houthi stated that a U.S. presidential hopeful’s offensive actions were being used as an election campaign tactic.
The Ansarallah leader emphasized that the Quran safeguards those who adhere to its teachings from deviation and corruption, guaranteeing humanity’s freedom from tyranny. He criticized those within subservient regimes and Zionist mouthpieces who openly adopt slogans and propaganda from the Zionist regime and attempt to implement its conspiracies.
Al-Houthi described silence and inaction in the face of insults, aggressions, and all-out war by misguided and infidel enemies against Islam and Muslims as a grave dereliction of duty. He urged the Yemeni people to voice their opposition to these offenses against the Quran and its sanctity through broad actions, from universities and schools to various activities led by Islamic scholars.
Al-Houthi called on the populace to hold large demonstrations on Friday to express their faith and popular identity against the offensive stances of the U.S. and Zionists toward the Quran. These demonstrations, he said, will affirm the nation’s steadfastness in its faith-based, resistance-oriented approach against American-Israeli tyranny targeting the Islamic community. He stated that the Friday demonstrations would convey unwavering support for the oppressed people of Palestine and the nation’s readiness to confront any conspiracies hatched by infidels and hypocrites.
