Adrian Hernandez, the coordinator for civil protection in Mexico City, reported that the plane went down in an area about 50 kilometers from Toluca Airport.
The aircraft was carrying eight passengers and two crew members. As of now, the bodies of seven victims have been recovered, according to Hernandez. An investigation into the cause of the crash has been launched.
