Trump Declares Naval Blockade on Venezuela, Accuses Maduro of Theft

Donald Trump, the current President of the United States, has announced a naval blockade targeting Venezuelan oil tankers, escalating pressure on the Nicolás Maduro regime. Trump accused the Venezuelan government of stealing assets from the United States and vowed to reclaim them.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, President Donald Trump has declared a naval blockade against Venezuela, targeting all oil tankers entering or leaving the country. The move is intended to intensify pressure on the government of Nicolás Maduro, whom Trump accuses of theft.

“Venezuela is now completely blockaded by the largest naval fleet ever assembled in South American history,” Trump stated, adding that the fleet would be further expanded in the coming stages. The president asserted that Venezuela would receive a “shock” until all oil, land, and other assets allegedly stolen from the United States by the Venezuelan government are returned.

Trump emphasized that he has issued a formal order for a comprehensive naval blockade against sanctioned oil tankers. Washington, he said, “will not allow a hostile regime to seize oil, land, or any other assets from the United States,” demanding their immediate return.

Relations between the U.S. and Venezuela have been strained in recent years, with Washington imposing extensive sanctions against Caracas in an effort to pressure Maduro’s government.
