According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, US Special Envoy Steve Witkov will meet with Qatari, Egyptian, and Turkish officials in Miami to discuss a potential agreement regarding Gaza. Citing a White House official, news agencies indicate that the discussions are slated for Friday.
Sources report that the foreign ministers of the three Islamic nations will be present at the meeting, where they are expected to consult with Witkov on the next phase of a ceasefire in Gaza.
Additionally, Axios reported, citing a White House official, that Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev is expected to travel to Miami this week to discuss the US plan for ending the war in Ukraine with Witkov and Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and advisor.
